My apologies for the PM. The change of unlimited edit time applies to every account. This is standard for every Forum to have a time limit on editing posts.

If that wasn't in place there will be all kind of shenanigans going on with people's plays, Records and contests

Well every poster doesnt post wtiteups and games that should be able to be in succession.
The NFL thread had over 50 comments 7000 Views and I couldnt post the Monday play in a window that was pre set in the first 3 windows for a later update. Your always had EDIT times on the page updates.
I can EDIT at CTG. Not here. I used to be able to do that here. It was always noted (the EDIT Time) on the page after so there was no issues. If someone di an edit after game started it would show it..DUH.
I cant recall ANY capper here posting games after they started a post, changing a play.
So to give the answer there would be "shenanigans" is patently wrong because every poster who followed any play would immediately know it was changed. AT THAT TIME you then BAN the asshole who tried that STUNT. I said BAN ...Not warn or suspend.
Why dont YOU ask the forum and survey how much they like scrolling downs 55 windows and several pages to see what the next play is? - by having to read every post or comment on the way to see what the capper said?
These denial answers given by the RX here are F-'d up and so is the inadequate mod making stupid decisions like "UNBANNING" bad members.
You want to grow this place? Everything they've done here has regressed it.
If plays on a weekend NFL ( Thursday Sunday, Sunday nite and Monday) for several games with different days plays are posted in the first 3 windows - then everyone can get to it instantly.
If you want to win you dont post a buch of games all in one window when its an advantage to see if something changes the play after, because it was posted too early.
Football is the one sport that is crucial to last-minute information.
I posted many plays for the Bowl games but condensed windows to do do. That way I could keep everything close together for viewer speed.
Thats the whole point.
Try week One NFL thread had 7k views but way to many windows to get to the late games the Sunday Night Game and the last day Monday night game/

If someone abused the edit feature permanently BAN them! It they're NOT a capper, they dont need/deserve to have the EDIT button after 5 minutes.
But Those who cap and post many plays DO need it for all the reasons stated.

He also posted fake play and day old wager tickets without a time stamp or a ticket number.. THOSE are the kind of people would shouldn't have any EDIT access.
Instead the Mod unbanned him for being a liar and corrupting the forum with bashing.

I guess they are all stupid for the true reason needing it -and all the good it has for plays being in a set group of windows early in order.
I posted my MNF play 55 windows down in the 4 pages of responses.
The responses are fine - but guys who want to read about the plays made by the author is why they click on it.
i think responses are good for those to say what they like or not about the game - but to make others go though them all just to find the next play - is a waste of time.
Once a person sees those plays - he doesn't want to waste the time sifting through responses.
Thats WHY they belong in the first 3-4 windows that can be edited on game day - over the course of a 4 day weekend.
The RX is just full of inadequate decision makers.
